Talent Sourcers are the engine behind every successful search. You'll identify exceptional engineers, sales leaders and executives across the world's fastest-growing software companies while learning world-class recruitment from experienced consultants.

• Map target companies and build deep talent pools across engineering, GTM and executive functions
• Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, events) with a high response rate
• Qualify candidates against role specs and present shortlists to consultants
• Maintain pipeline hygiene inside the Crooter platform
• Partner with consultants on search strategy and market mapping

• Genuine curiosity about technology companies and how they grow
• Strong written communication
• High output, organised, comfortable with structured workflows
• Comfortable using modern tooling (LinkedIn, sequencing, ATS, AI assistants)
• 1+ years in sourcing, recruitment, sales development or research is a plus, but not required
