Own the hiring process from client briefing through successful placement. Partner with founders and hiring managers while representing some of the best technology talent in the market.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with founders and hiring managers and write sharp role briefs
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for live searches
- Coach candidates through interview processes and offers
- Forecast and manage your desk against quarterly targets
- Contribute to client account expansion alongside Business Development
Requirements
- 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment with a closed-deal track record
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial instincts and pipeline discipline
- Comfortable working in modern, structured workflows
